Cancellation Policy

At Innowiq Tech Care Pvt Ltd, we prioritize customer satisfaction and deliver exceptional service. If you wish to cancel our services, you can contact your account manager via email or phone. Upon receiving your cancellation request, we will confirm the cancellation date immediately. Our official cancellation policy is as follows:

The customer is solely responsible for initiating the cancellation of their service.
Upon cancellation, all stored data will be archived but retained securely for future reference. We ensure complete privacy protection.
If a customer cancels their service within a month they have already paid for, the cancellation will take effect immediately. No additional charges will be incurred beyond that period.

Termination Of Account

Innowiq Tech Care Pvt Ltd reserves the right to terminate or suspend any account at its sole discretion under the following circumstances:

Engaging in abusive behaviour towards our staff or services.
Unauthorized or attempted access to our servers, databases, or portals.
Involvement in any form of data theft or illegal software.
Any other violation of our policies that compromises the integrity of our services.

We also reserve the right to refuse service to any customer at any time under various circumstances.

Refund Policy

Innowiq Tech Care Pvt Ltd provides one-time incident-based plans for technical services. We have a straightforward refund policy to ensure fairness to our customers. Refunds will be processed based on the following conditions:

For one-time incident-based plans, a full refund is available if the problem is not resolved within 24 to 48 business hours.
If the issue is resolved but reoccurs within 24 hours, a 50% refund will be issued.
If multiple issues are reported and we successfully resolve one or more, a 30% refund will be granted.
If a customer reports the same or a new issue after 48 hours, no refund will be provided.

Refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days and will be credited to the original payment method after deducting any necessary service charges.
